How it works
Upon receiving a work order Tensing Live Connect proactively grabs only the necessary GIS data and sends it back to the work order management system. The work order management system then dispatches the work order along with the GIS data to the mobile worker’s computing device. The mobile worker has both the textual work order information and also spatial data related to the work order displayed in the Tensing Mobile GIS application.
