Tensing and Red Geographics organize FME World Tour 2017

Tensing
The FME World Tour will again take place in Zevenbergen on 1 May 2017. This year Tensing and Red Geographics are joining forces. Thanks to this collaboration, visitors are guaranteed a dynamic program in which the development of FME is central.
Both Hans van der Maarel, owner of Red Geographics, and Dave Laurier, managing director of Tensing, are happy with the collaboration. Van der Maarel: “In recent years I have organized the FME World Tour to a large extent alone. That is quite a challenge in addition to running a business. That is why I am pleased with the extra capacity of Tensing.” Laurier is also enthusiastic: “At Tensing we focus on ArcGIS and FME. Co-organizing this type of FME event shows our clients our strategic choice and commitment to FME.”
VARIED PROGRAM
On behalf of Canadian Safe Software, Aaron Koning will be in attendance during the FME World Tour. During his presentation, he will discuss the newest possibilities of FME. In addition, specialists from the professional field talk about the solutions they realize in daily life with FME. Itay Bar-on discusses the application of FME as a solution for ETL. Following the informative program, there will be drinks available for all visitors
PARTICIPATION
Participating in the program is free for anyone who has registered in advance. Laurier: “By offering the full program for free, we keep the threshold as low as possible, minimizing barriers to entry. In this way, we help build a close-knit FME community in the Netherlands. For us, sharing knowledge and applications within that community is central. By doing so, our professionals continue to challenge and inspire each other, so that we can offer the best solutions to our clients.”
