The challenge

Actavo was assigned a project to design and build fibre optic network infrastructure, connecting Irish rural communities to a broadband fibre network. Actavo has developed an application based on Esri applications to capture data from field workers, increasing GIS usage. Actavo wants to make sure their application is the best solution and asked Tensing for an evaluation of the system.

The solution

For the evaluation, there was an agreement on the way of working. The analysis is carried out in 3 steps:

- Interviews
- Technical evaluation
- Gap analysis
