HHNK

Hoogheemraadschap Hollands Noorderkwartier (HHNK) is a water authority in the province of North Holland (the Netherlands) and operates in the area above the North Sea Canal. HHNK uses a Pipeline Information System (LIS) to manage asset data. HHNK wants to register its wastewater pipeline network in ArcGIS. They engage Tensing's help because of our knowledge of network management in geographic information systems.

The challenge
