Anne Jop de Jong

Since May 2020, I have been working at Tensing as an FME Specialist.

After my study Social Geography and Planning at Utrecht University, I wanted to increase my knowledge of GIS, so I chose the Geographic Information Management and Application (GIMA) master.

In my career I have always worked with Geo-ICT and I became familiar with FME, I find this a very good and accessible tool to process and integrate (geo) data, and thus share information for different goals on different platforms.

What appeals to me at Tensing is that the focus is on FME and ArcGIS, there is a clear vision to offer solutions for our customers in the field of spatial data together with these products. This clear focus, the team and challenging activities with a great eye for personal development have determined my choice for Tensing.

I also live in Utrecht and besides work I am busy with sports, I do CrossFit and running, I also like to work in the garden and I also like to visit a museum with my wife.
