Tatiana Strubbe

My name is Tatiana and I joined Tensing on 2 April in the role of Employee Experience Specialist.

Career
After high school, I started working in the Pharmaceutical Industry as a CTA. Many trainings and work experiences later, I made the switch to HR & later Coaching in 2010. Following my role as People Manager, I see this position as a great addition to my career.

Spare time
In my spare time, I like to put on my boxing gloves for a boxing bag training session, take a group class at the gym or practice mindfulness. Furthermore, I really like board games and prefer to win. In addition, my family and friends are very important to me and I love spending time with them. I also enjoy personal development, so I still regularly follow a course or training.
 
Why Tensing?
Two former colleagues of mine work at Tensing and with their enthusiasm, they piqued my interest. The good job interviews and the collegial, informal atmosphere were decisive for me to choose Tensing. GIS is still uncharted territory for me, so there is plenty to learn there too, which I find super fun.
